Danny Buxton has always had a love for people, education and property. He first entered the property industry in the early 1990s before pursuing a career in education.
While teaching, Danny saw numerous colleagues retire and then have to re-enter the workforce because they could not live on their retirement income. Not wanting to be in a similar position, Danny started reading and researching and began his strategic property investment portfolio and journey. As his property portfolio began to grow he left his teaching career to work full-time in the property investment industry.
Over the years Danny has worked as an investment property management consultant and client manager for a large investment corporation winning numerous awards in recognition of achievements. He has also partnered in a fast-growing investment and property services company before founding DBA Property Solutions. He holds a double degree in Education, a Real Estate Licence and a Cert IV in Financial Services.
Danny is passionate about assisting his clients reach their smart property investment goals and is committed to seeing the financial aspirations of others become a reality. Danny loves spending time with his wife Cinty and two boys, Cooper and Harry. He is also actively involved in his local community and sits on the board of a number of NGO’s and companies. Danny believes that when you create wealth it is not just for yourself but for the benefit of those in your community and beyond. Danny is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Mergard is passionate about inspiring people to take steps to reach their goals, and to allow them to have a positive impact on the community.
Paul started his professional career as an accountant with KPMG, working in Brisbane’s Middle Market Advisory team where he was privileged to work with a number of significant small businesses and nationally recognised personalities. He then transitioned into the not-for-profit sector, working for two of Australia’s largest charities: The Salvation Army and child sponsorship organisation, Compassion Australia. Paul’s work with Compassion saw him fulfill a senior management role where he was able to pioneer new strategic initiatives that impacted impoverished communities across the globe.
Paul has also spent over 17 years volunteering with Red Frogs at Schoolies Week, initially on the Gold Coast as Operations Manager, but more recently he pioneered and led Red Frogs Bali, where 6,000 Schoolies head each November to celebrate the end of 12 years schooling.
Paul’s initial involvement in strategic property investment began in 1998 and he subsequently had a bad experience building his own house with a project builder in Newcastle. After this he was fortunate enough to meet the team at DBA and Triple Zero Property, initially as a client. It was then Paul experienced the difference it made to engage with like-minded partners, builders, solicitors and financiers – as well as the ease of process working with DBA and Triple Zero Property. This experience reignited Paul’s interest in investing and he continues to grow his property portfolio.
Paul is married to Kirsten and has two young, energetic boys, Emmanuel and Isaiah.

Steven Hall has a love for deep conversation, positive interaction, and most of all helping people.
“I love seeing someone’s eyes light up when they are passionate about something”. It was that passion and belief in what they do that Steven saw in the Triple Zero team, and that is the reason he wanted to become apart of the Triple Zero family. It was 6 years ago when Steven began his smart property investment journey and managing his portfolio. After completing his last property with Triple Zero and seeing how smooth the process was, he decided he wanted to help people just as the Triple Zero Property team had helped him.
Steven started his career as a Fitter and Turner, first of all working as a machinist in a workshop in Brisbane before moving on to supervising various mechanical trades in Mining Construction all over Australia. Steven has been involved in management roles for the past 10 years, hence his natural draw to the project management side of the Triple Zero system.
Steven loves investing and building wealth to secure a strong future. He learnt lessons early on to allow him to do this and now wants to pass those strategic investment property management lessons on to help others achieve their goals.
Surfing, 4WDing up the beach and travel are some more of Steve’s passions.

Sharon Hammond joined the DBA and Triple Zero Property team as Executive Assistant to Danny. She brings with her a wealth of experience in relationship, process and project management. Her passion lies in leading and encouraging others to achieve their own goals and successes. Her driving force is people – building relationships, culture and trust.
Sharon, her husband Matthew and their two children Remy and Rafferty have called the Sunshine Coast home for 12 years and plan on staying indefinitely. To quote Sharon “why would we ever want to leave this paradise?”
Sharon loves travelling, camping, playing netball, cooking (and eating) and indulging in the odd glass of good wine.

Stella Reid first became involved with Danny Buxton as a client. She always had a passion for property, having built and renovated many properties with her husband. They had both been to a number of strategic property investment workshops where they had walked away with more questions than answers. Having been invited by a friend to meet Danny, they finally found a workshop where their questions were answered. They started their investment journey with the help of Danny and his team and were so impressed with their integrity and passion to help their clients that Stella became part of the investment property management team.
Stella, her husband Robbie and their two sons Ethan and Kayne were all born in Tasmania. They moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2002 after stopping to visit friends during a 12-month caravan trip around Australia.
Stella has operated her own administration and financial solutions business since 2008. Prior to this she was Business Manager for five companies owned by a local businessman.
Stella loves cooking and spending time with her “boys” which involves going camping, boating and motorbike riding.
